The Sharjah Directorate of Human Resources (SDHR), in cooperation with the Skyline University College (SUC), held a remote training program that includes a number of workshops in English, targeting 250 employees from Sharjah government agencies, institutions and departments.
The 5-day program helps the participants to maintain a good work-life balance, focusing on remote work environment in terms of benefits and challenges.
The program is part of the 2020 training plan for the employees of the Government of Sharjah, which will be adopted in the employee's online training system, offering the trainees who pass the program accredited training certificates from the SDHR and the Skyline University College.
Commenting on this, His Excellency Dr. Tariq Sultan bin Khadem, Chairman of Sharjah Directorate of Human Resources (SDHR) explained that the training program comes as part of the joint cooperation between the Directorate and the Skyline University College, promoting the continuity of the learning and training system between the two parties.
Bin Khadem has further lauded the wise directives of His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Mohamed Al Qasimi, Member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of Sharjah, aiming to take all the necessary preventive measures that ensure the safety of society and support business continuity.
Nitin Anand, the Vice Chairman & Board Member of Skyline University College (SUC) has highlighted the importance of this program, stressing that it comes as part of the College’s initiatives that aim to enhance the academic continuity plans as the nation continues to deal with the impact of COVID-19.
